This GP100NL does not have the Start and Stop Button with a built-in contactor.
The start and stop button is a convenient way to turn the phase converter ON/OFF, also if you ever lose power, your phase converter and your equipment will stay in the off position when the power is restored for safety. GP100PL does have the start and stop button feature, you will need to use a disconnect or breaker to turn it on and off.
