How our phase converter shipping works:

Your Phase Converter Order will come in 2 shipments. The panel will be shipped to you as one delivery and your idler motor will come seperately.

Due to the size and weight of the idler motor, it will be delivered by freight from one of our many nationwide distribution locations to ensure you recieve it as quickly as possible.

Your phase converter panel will be delivered by fedex and you will recieve tracking information once it has been shipped.

Returns and our policies:

Due to the nature of the shipping and delivery process, a lot of effort is put into getting you your product as fast as possible. 

If your product is unopened and unused we will accept returns for up to 30 days from the order date. In this case there will be a 20% restocking fee associated with a return. If it has been used and installed returns will not be available. Transformers are not returnable for any reason unless accepted by the original manufacture.

In the unlikely event of there being any problems with our products after installation, we will do evertything necessary to ensure our products are working to the specifications we have set forth.
