PHASE CONVERTER CONTROL PANEL WARRANTY

All Phoenix Phase Converters Rotary phase converter control panels are backed by a lifetime warranty, safeguarding against defects in materials and craftsmanship (DIY panels are excluded—refer to the DIY panel manual for further details). Should any component be deemed faulty within the warranty duration, Phoenix Phase Converters will either repair or replace it (at our discretion) without cost. Warranty services for control panel must be conducted exclusively at Phoenix Phase Converters authorized facility.

ELECTRIC MOTOR/IDLER WARRANTY

The Electric Motor/Idler is protected under a three-year warranty provided by North American Electric Motors or Techtop. In addition, the rotor comes with a lifetime warranty for the original owner, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Any necessary repairs or replacements for the North American Electric Motors or Techtop Idler must be undertaken by a an North American Electric Motors or Techtop Authorized Service Center and require prior written consent from Phoenix Phase Converter. Before any replacement is approved, the warranty inspection report and generator's specification tags must be presented.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORIGINAL OWNER

The original buyer is responsible for the shipment of control panels to Phoenix Phase Converters for warranty service. Phoenix Phase Converters will cover the return shipment for panels under warranty.

Returns or repairs for North American Electric Motors or Techtop Authorized Service Center idlers directly to Phoenix Phase Converters will not be accepted; all such cases must be handled through North American Electric Motors or Techtop Authorized Service Center Authorized Service Centers.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not extend to damage from accidents, misuse, natural disasters, terrorism, or other uncontrollable events, including but not limited to water damage, incorrect voltage supply, improper installation, installations not compliant with local electrical codes, tampered or missing serial numbers, and repairs by unauthorized facilities. Phoenix Phase Converters responsibility for any damages related to the use of Phoenix Phase Converters equipment is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of Phoenix Phase Converter products. No individual, agent, distributor, dealer, or company is permitted to alter or modify the design of the merchandise without Phoenix Phase Converter explicit written consent. 

 

With over 50 years of experience, Phoenix Phase Converters provides sizing recommendations that are 99% accurate. Should the phase converter prove undersized for your equipment, additional converters can be added to the original setup at your expense.

Limitation of Liability

Phoenix Phase Converters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any Phoenix Phase Converters product, third-party installations, or their components. All installations must be carried out by a licensed electrician. Phoenix Phase Converter may or may not be UL listed, based on customer preference, which may incur additional costs. Phoenix Phase Converters assumes no responsibility for ensuring installations meet local codes or for facilitating installation inspections. Phoenix Phase Converters will not accept returns on products that have been installed or activated.
